Our mission
Our mission is to bridge the gap between crisis and stability. We provide housing, case management support, referral coordination, and community-based resources that help individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life.
Who we serve
People working toward a fresh start
We support adults ages 18 and older who are working toward stability and a fresh start, including people transitioning from jail or prison, experiencing homelessness, or leaving a hospital or rehabilitation stay.

Kristina founded The Journey Transitioning Home with one simple goal: to give people a safe place to call home and the support they need to move forward.
